Resort Logo Design: Modern Luxury in the Bahamas

The Challenge:

The Caribbean hospitality market is heavily saturated with cliché island aesthetics. Big Grand Cay, a private resort in the Bahamas, needed a brand mark that actually matched their premium guest experience. They wanted a logo that instantly communicated modern luxury, stood out from standard tourist traps, and match their standards.

The Solution:

We completely tossed out the predictable, overly illustrated palm tree graphics. Instead, we reimagined the island motif through a clean, geometric lens. By combining precise, architectural line work for the trunk with a subtle texture on the leaves, we hit the perfect sweet spot between high-end sophistication and relaxed tropical energy. We anchored this mark with a sophisticated palette of deep navy and vibrant ocean teal, pairing a structured serif font with a clean sans-serif to give the resort real visual authority.

The Result:

This isn’t just a pretty graphic; it’s a highly adaptable, mathematically sound commercial asset. The logo retains its absolute clarity and premium feel across the entire physical environment. It looks just as expensive stamped on tactile boutique apparel boxes and custom hotel room keys as it does reversed out in stark white on vibrant beach towels. It is a precise, uplifting design built for a true high-tier vacation experience.
We love partnering with hospitality brands ready to step into a more premium visual space.
If you’re looking to build an authentic, profitable brand mark that completely elevates your guest experience, let’s explore what’s possible.
